Here's yet another CDO resource for you to check out.
LACN (the Liberal Arts Career Network) is a really easily navigable job and internship database available to 28 liberal arts schools including Vassar. Employers who desire liberal arts graduates as interns or employees post opportunities, both entry-level and more advanced. Log onto the website (https://lacn-csm.symplicity.com/index.php?cck=1&au=&ck=)
Then click on "for students/alumni"
Your username is your complete Vassar email address (e.g., mavassar@vassar.edu); to retrieve your password, click the “Lost Password” link, and your password will be sent to your Vassar email account from “60watt@gmail.com”). (It’s a little backwards, we know.)
Search by geographical area or field of interest and filter based on what you're interested in doing. Job postings are updated on a daily basis. Vassar subscribes to this website so it's free for us students and alumni. LACN is a fantastic resource for Vassar students and grads because it links us with potential employers who understand the diverse skills and open minds of liberal arts students and selectively seek this particular group for employment.
